Executive PEP® is custom designed for the senior executive whose schedule does not allow time to participate in a group-type PEP® Program. In addition to the Executive PEP® format, the Program addresses specific issues of interest to the executive.

The Program is completely one-on-one (the executive’s assistant should be included in a portion of the Program) and spans either two full days or four half-days.

Participation in Executive PEP® is on an individual basis.

Time Line:
Option A: Full Days DAY I>—– (two-four weeks later) DAY II
Option B: Half Days DAY I>—–(2 weeks) DAY II>—–(4 weeks)
DAY III>—–(six weeks later) DAY IV
